All orders placed will be processed and dispatched from payment verification as quickly as possible


Spainae pay the cost of return shipping if verified that the product was defective when it was sent to the client, if this was a packing error  or sending is wrong regarding requested by the customer. The warranty does not cover damage caused by using the product itself. The customer has 14 days to return the items.

Without unsealing product returns will be accepted only in its original packaging, enclosing the invoice, email notice explaining the reasons for the return to sales@spainae.es and always has been answered with acceptance in writing to the return and has informed the customer about address to which to return the goods. However Spainae reserves the right to check the status of returned items and inform the customer the assurance procedure. Return costs will be borne by the customer in all cases in which the reasons are not the responsibility of Spainae

In case of return, the customer may choose to request free of charge the same or a comparably priced product, or refund the amount of the invoice, by PayPal to the account that the customer provide, within less than 30 days.
